A highly charged cationic copolymer supplied as a clear, viscous liquid allowing for clear formulations. Compatible with surfactant systems, it is ideal for foaming formulations, providing rich, creamy foam. In shampoos, it conditions, reduces static, and adds gloss. In body washes, it conditions, softens, and moisturizes the skin.
