A blend of Polyethylene glycol and Silicone, designed to prepare low viscosity water-in-silicone and water-in-silicone and oil emulsions. It can be used as an emulsifier, or co-emulsifier, in skincare and colour cosmetic products. It imparts a light and silky skin-feel.
